I need to make a 100° flat head t-6 torx screw. I have attached where I'm at, I can take care of the chamfers and threads but I'm not sure how to make the t-6 slot. Any tips/ideas? I tried the "custom screw creator" but it's too limited and doesn't help.

Thanks. That would work but I need 100° countersink, not 90° unfortunately
Are you sure, depending on how it's measured, McMaster Carr, only have 98 or 82 degrees on their countersinks.
Either way, cut the socket out of your bolt, to finish it off.
1. Import a Torx screw of your liking.
2. Create a plane on the head of the Torx bolt.
3. Create > Boundary Fill, select the bolt and the top plane, then select cells is the cavity of the socket,
4. Hide the Torx bolt,
5. Align the cavity body with your body, (face centres).
6. Combine Cut, don't keep the tool.
Might help....
