How to make a sweep follow a path around a corner?

I'm working on turning this image into a 3D model, I've sketched the outline, but there are areas that i'm not sure how to produce in Fusion, for example the four triangles at the top of the sketch, how to I reproduce those?

In fact the same technique would be used for all the polys framing the model.

I can't work out the detail in the centre sections.

Various ways, but this one I would do half and mirror.

Curved walls - probably sweep in the Patch area,

Top two triangles are patches.  Lower triangle face can be Sweep or Loft, depends on the design intent.

Might help....

See attached F3D showing how I would generate the triangular bevels using the Extrude command. (No ideas for sweep at the moment)

Loft, Loft, Loft, Mirrior.

You won't get curved walls from Extrude Command.

Maybe I'm not seeing what you're seeing but the original art doesn't appear to have any curved elements does it?

I'm not asking about curves...

File>Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here.

Please find attached exported model.

In your Sketch1 you have geometry that is at the base, along the side and at the top - all in the same plane.

This is not correct.

I would do this very differently.

I would have two sketches one for the base and a second sketch on an Offset Workplane  for the top face.

Also, watch out for extra geometry.

Edit: After looking a bit more - I would probably create 3 Baseline sketches, I think 1 sketch for Toplines will do.

Thank you, can you elaborate?

Ok, I'm struggling with Loft....Attached is what I've done so far, I've split the original sketch into 2.  Trying to find an easy to follow tutorial on lofting.

Forget Loft for now.

Your primary issue is with basic sketching.

Back in a minute with example.

I was just about to upload this, Hopefully the sketches are better?

This one is a bit easier than the other one, but -

You should not have any Extrusions or any Chamfers or any Shells.

Any time you have a yellow (or red) highlight in the Timeline you should STOP, do not continue.  Stop and ask questions.

But in any case that was too far along anyhow.

At this point only base and top sketches.

Note that some of the base boundaries are hidden - you will have to interpolate those.

The problem is visualizing this 2D image as a 3D object.

What is on the base plane and what is on the top plane.

Those are the boundaries that you need to sketch.

Note in this image that you have put side lines going from base to top in the top sketch.

Ignore ignore ignore any side lines for now.

I'm failing to turn this 2D image into a 3D model, I think part of the problem is that the 2D image isn't correct, either that or I'm just not experience enough with Fusion 360.

Please open the attached file and take a look. This is with three Sketches, a Loft, a Mirror and a Combine.

Sketch 1 = half top face profile

Sketch 2 = half bottom face profile (some guesswork involved)

Sketch3 = point-to-point connecting lines in 3D (to use as Rails for the Loft)

Open it up, turn off the Body, turn on the Sketches and examine each Sketch in turn. Turn on the Construction Planes to see where I put them before I started the Sketches. Follow along the Time Line to see how I did things. Note that it was made in one Component...and understand that since there appear to be four distinct shapes in the image, and each one should be a separate Component, you will want to make addition Components and follow the same steps for each of the other three shapes. Well, actually, the small triangles don't need a Mirror or Combine, and to create the last triangle, you can just Mirror the first triangle in its entirety as a Component.

How did you make sketch 3?
