Hi. You know how the mirrors on a disco ball are placed?
They are placed in a spiral that follows the sphere from top to bottom.
Now, imagine that all the squares are merged into one long "rectangle" that follows the spiral around the sphere top to bottom. How do I model this in fusion? or any other CAD program if it is possible?
There might be some geometry issues with the top and bottom due to some math that probably won't work out.
But if it's possible to just make the spiral work 80% of the sphere and then skip 10% of top and buttom. This would also be fine.
How do I model this?
Thank you for any input on this topic.
Best regards
