How to make a pattern to cut out of a different sketch?

Building a custom pc case. Need to make a (?) to use for cutting out fans. So I am trying to have a sketch that is all the holes for a fan (120mm). 5 holes. Like a template. So I can just copy & paste the fan holes on to my case sketch. Here is my 1st prototype.

I have to redo everything as how I did it all was not good for changing things. I did every hole separately. I am redoing in MM also as I did all my 1st attempts in inches & converting fractions is not a good way to do things.

To clarify I need know what I need to make to make a pattern to copy & paste fan holes on to a panel. Ideally what ever this is it would cut the holes when its pasted.

Thanks for any help!

I cannot come up with the Automatic Cut, when placing the Template, but it is pretty close.  The template can be placed using a point to point method.  The Template will be thick enough to penetrate the sheet you are cutting the holes in.  I have attached my Template Component for you to examine.

Wow! Many thanks! I'm waiting for my MM tape measure to start the new panel. Hopefully this will be the reference I need. I'll probably  want to watch this video a bunch so I hope its not going to be gone. thanks again!
