For concentric circular extrusions, how would I loft from the inner surface of the larger diameter extrusion to the outer surface of the smaller diameter extrusion?

Please attach your model so the forum users can take a look at the actual model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

Hi,

If you have surfaces as a basis, use the loft tool in the solid area, otherwise use the one from the surfaces area.

Thank you @g-andresen for the response. 👍  Yes, I've only worked in solids so far, so attempting to loft in solids was only giving me faces, not edges. Was informed of switching to surfaces, which I did and was able to select edges and accomplish what I needed to. 😀
