i am trying to figure out how i could put a curve into a flat object (similiar to a piece of wood being warped in the middle ) so the panel would be concaved.

i have attached a picture of what i am trying to do

No idea how to do this.. anyone have any pointers?

Thanks!

Yes the entire piece would be affected and have the curve shape shown as an example

3 of the easy ways to do it,

Sheet metal Wrap, changes to the true length of the curve and outline, (same as Thicken.)

Extrude > Intersect and Thicken, (Body2)

Or Extrude from Object (Body1) to get (Body3)

thkextd2.PNGthkextd.PNG

Depends on the edge condition, planar or radial....

Might help....
