Hi,
How to have the view behind really perpendicular to a sketch I am working on ?
Or to the plane containing this sketch ?
Tx a lot for your help.

What exactly do you mean with "view" ?
I'd point you to "Insert ->Attached canvas" not exactly knowing what you mean.
Tx a lot for this very quick reply.
Example :
my sketch is contained in the plane XY.
I click on the front face of the cube view.
I have the good perpendicular view.
Is there a way to have the same view, with any plane - so any 2D sketch - of my project ?
Ohh, you want a perpendicular view onto sketches in arbitrary orientation, so not aligned with the normal XYZ planes.
Yes, if you are editing a sketch, there is a "Look at" button in the sketch palette that will provide that functionality
Beautiful.
This feature is great.
I just did some tries.
I can flap the view, orientating the camera before looking at. That works fine.
Is there a way to keep this orientation of the camera, just having the vertical axis of the sketch given by the look at feature exactly horizontal ?
So exactly the rotation of the cube view, but done in the local frame of the sketch ?
Just for more comfort with the orientation I am familiar with.
But already, this "look at" feature is fine.
No, unfortunately it cannot be reoriented! But it would make a great feature request for the Idea station and have my immediate vote!
