I need to get the projected surface area of an assembly of a aeroracing car for CFD analysis (using CFD 2019), but neither Fusion nor CFD 2019 seem to have a feature to measure the projected surface area.
Also, there is not a single surface I could measure, since there are too many partially hidden sub-parts.
For now, using the line tool to create a rough sketch of the outline, but the accuracy is not that great, so small changes in outer form could not be evaluated.
If you know a hidden away tool or a (cheap) add-on that does exactly this, feel free to respond.
