How to follow driven dimension?

In Inventor I often set fixed dimension to follow a driven one to get the same distance between features but this seems impossible in Fusion, how to do it the best way here?

I feel the same, Dimensions are quite fluid in Inventor than that of fusion.

This feature hasn't been implemented in Fusion yet. Only work around for something simple would be draw a construction line then project into other sketches and use an equal constraint, but this will only work if the sketches are on parallel planes. Or you have to do the math and use a parameter to calculate if that's possible.

There is a request for this on the idea station going back a few years with quite a lot of votes. You might want to search for it and add yours, also has comments from support on why it's not as easy as it seems.
