How to Fold 20mm Edge Without Merging in Multi-Angle Cladding Panel?

Hello, Fusion 360 experts,

I am working on a cladding panel with multiple angles, and I need to fold a 20mm edge on one side at a corner. However, the issue is:

  1. The fold must align precisely with the "3mm Left Plane".
  2. It should not merge with the rest of the panel after folding.
  3. I need a technique that ensures accurate alignment while maintaining the fold's integrity.

I have attached my Fusion 360 file for reference. Any suggestions on the best workflow, tools, or constraints to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi! Many thanks for sharing the design! I am sorry that I am having trouble following your requirements. Please share an image showing the exact Sheet Metal geometry you would like to create on the attached model.

Thanks again!

Hi

Does measuring the angle inside the operation solve the problem?

Sir, Thank you for taking the time to answer the problem. The issue was partially solved by showing how to align the folding to the plane. However, these five sides (see attached screenshots) need to fold inward, all coinciding with the same plane (3mm left plane).
