Hi,
is there any way to make curved bodies flat? I watched many videos, read many forums, but I cant make right files. My supplier need STEP files for 2D laser and information about bending final parts...

Hi,
some things (thickness) are wrong with the designs and sheet metal rule.

Hi,
When converting imported parts, the existing thickness is used as the basis for the rule.
You have to make sure that the parts have the desired thickness.
Also, a flat pattern can only be generated for one part in a sheet metal component.

Will try to do it again... This is first sketch from which I make all bodies...

It does not appear to be fully defined (no dimensions and blue rather than black).
Do you have Capture Design History turned on?
With Sheet Metal - you don't need double lines to define Thickness - Fusion will do that for you.
You need to be careful offsetting an ellipse. If you end up with 2 ellipses the wall section will not be constant. If you use the offset tool and pick near a quadrant the offset will be an ellipse and the distance is not constant but it you select at a point 45° between the quadrants the offset will be a spline and you'll get a constant thickness.
