How to fill in a Sweep in the Patch menu

Hi

For my project, I have had to use a sweep to create a tube of sorts along a specific path.

The problem is its hollow.

How would I make the insides solid?

This will be 3d printed in due course so needs to be solid in fusion.

As always, any help will be great.

Kind Regards

Ian

I guess the first question is:  If you want these to be solid, why not just use the Solid Sweep command instead?  Just delete the surface sweep and re-create those features as solid sweeps.

If there is some reason why this won't work, then use the Boundary Patch command to create a surface on the open ends of the surface bodies, and stitch them all together, this will automatically create a solid, if the resulting surface body is fully closed.

Hi

Thanks for that. I didn't realize there was a solid sweep command. I will have to have another look.

Is that in the patch menu or model menu?

Kind Regards

yes, in the model menu.  I have the "new UI" preview enabled, but the icon is the same:
