How to extrude holes in circular object

I have part of a circular object:

I've sketched a circle and I want to add multiples around the object, ideally in both directions then extrude these so they are holes through the object.   So far I've used the circle pattern but it doesn't quite do what I am after.

Can anyone help?

To Pattern the hole, it will have to be made first.

Extrude the circle,

Circular Pattern > Feature > Select the Extrude Icon, from the Timeline,

then the centre axis for the elbow,

(if it doesn’t currently exist, you will have to make that too).

Might help.....
