How to evenly space/move bodies?

Is there a  way to evenly space  all of these pieces into the X direction?  I want there to be  a  10cm  gap between all pieces? Is there a way to move bodies based on a function? Otherwise I would have to manually move 40 pieces, all different amounts. Thanks@

Hi,

If it is able to be done then we will need the file to look at. It will depend a lot on how you actually created the

contours and the cuts. It may be doable or there may be another way.

Export the file then attach it to your next post.

If no one else has a good answer, it will only take a few minutes to move them manually.

1. Select the rightmost body.
2. Move it 10cm to the right.
3. Select the rightmost body and the body to its left.
4. Move them 10cm to the right.
5. Continue adding bodies to each move operation until done.

If you create each as a component, you can use rigid joints to position them.  Use one of the bottom corners for the joint origins.  The advantage of using joints is it will allow you to change the spacing parametrically.
