how to dimension from a body (not associated with sketch)

Lets say I have a 2 boxes.  I decide to sketch on top of box A, I want to dimension my sketch off of some feature in box B.  Fusion won't let me dimension a sketch off of other solids in my model.

so If i'm sketching on the top of box A , I can't constrain that sketch off of box B.

help ??

You should be able to pick corner points or use project to grab reference geometry from another component.

Here's an example using the corner point of a box in another component. One thing to note, the view needs to be normal to the sketch.
