Hi,

I would create a solid sweep with a real v-bit-tool.

Hi! There are multiple ways to create the desirable geometry. Here is another approach to consider. Basically, create a Variable-Radius Fillet with both ends having zero radius. And add two points proportionally with equal radius. Then go to Surface tab -> delete the filleted faces. Create a Loft surface to fillet the gap. Stitch them back to a solid body.

Many thanks!
