I have created such a turbine:
Now I need to create a housing that will follow its shape very closely. I assumed that with the help of Revolve I would "spin" the turbine and create its solid shape, which I would then use for the cut operation in Combine. Unfortunately, body cannot be used for Revolve. Is there another way to imprint the outer shape of the rotating turbine on another object?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

It looks like, it is the way. Although projection is not as precise as rotation of the body, I can handle it. Thanks for the hint.
