is a link to the technique another guy developed, he did a followup video and got his own design to fly,

but the technigue has a reverse negative effect when comes to cad, and slicers.

 

I have not done it, I have bought 3 models from 3dlabprint. 

(My printer is out of tune for the moment - not getting any quality)

Yeah, for the price of the downloads, I won't be attempting those real soon, 

I can do balsa /ply stringers and composite style stuff though, 

 

saw the PM might be better to ask details there.

 

fusion has a few basic workloads for air - marine craft.

This may get you started.  I just did some random structures to show one possible technique. 

 

Start with two sketches.  One for the airfoil and one for the internal structures.
