How to create a shape

OK.  I'm very new to Fusion 360 so please type slowly when you answer..

I need to create a tube about an inch long .75" od and .1 isd on one end and .05 isd on the other so the taper is only on the inside.  Where do I start?

Well Im not entirely sure i'm following you but I think you are trying to create a nozzle shape.  like this

There are a few ways to do this. I'd use a revolve, draw a profile that's a cross section of one half of the tube then revolve.
