How to create a screw with threads all the way to the tip!

Does someone know how to get the treads all tha way to the tip of the screw, like in the picture?  Width: 8mm, Lenght: 60mm with Metric Forming  Screw Treads.

I,m really frustrated not finding a solution......

Multi step process.

Sweep a surface with Twist angle (pitch of thread)

Revolve > Cut the pointy end of the surface.

Revolve solid the main body.

(Possibly a) Pipe > (triangle) on the trimmed surface edge, set to join with the main body.

(If the Pipe misbehaves, will have to be a Sweep, solid, with Path and Guide Surface.)

You say metric forming screw threads. What do you mean by that? Will you machine this or 3D Frint? How many?
