How to create a Favorite Parameter

Hi folks.  This is my first post after starting to use Fusion 360 recently and I am making progress. Apologies if I get any terminology wrong.

My question is about using Favorite Parameters.

I found a good forum entry using search which showed how to create multiple instances of a design  which use independent parameters for various elements using Break Link. This works fine

The forum entry used parameters in Favorites for Length and Width and I would like to do the same for those parameters which are constant across all the elements of the project such as TotalWidth and Overall Height.

My apparently simple question is "How do I create Parameter entries in the Favorites section of the change parameters dropdown box".    Is there a key or click combination to move/copy from the User section?

To make any Parameter a favourite just click the star (far left) next to it.

my parameters "FAVORITES" does not have a * before it.  Is this a version problem? what can i do

thank you for your response> I installed the app for importing and
exporting but when i try to import what i exported it crashes. I am
running windows 64 any idea what this problem is. My excel is excel 2010
and the csv. file is loading into excel and as far as i can tell is
correctly pasted into the spread sheet.

I haven’t used the app.  

csv files, don’t forget the comment field even if empty it has to be there.
