how to creat 4-axis tool path on cylinder Fusion 360

The thing is I cannot use CAM in Fusion 360 to creat correct tool path. 
Please check the pics down below. 

I tried 2D adaptive and 2D contour, both can not help. Also I don't know why I cannot choose any of 4-axis machine from Fusion 360 in CAM mode Setup. 

If the document is needed, I'll upload it later.

This might have something to do with the licence. The personal licence does not include a 4th axis.
