How To Correctly Apply Constraints for Thermal Stress Simulations?

Hi,

I am trying to simulate thermal stresses in a pot of hot water.  To begin I created a new stainless-steel material with temperature dependent properties.  I then made my pot shown here:

I split the inside surface at the waters interface so that I can apply a pressure to the steel below the interface of the water.

I then started a thermal stress simulation.

I applied a frictionless structural constraint to the bottom of the pot.

I applied a conservative pressure to the bottom and sides of the pot, as well as temperatures and convective loads to simulate the temperatures.

I am currently getting this warning:

I've attempted to apply new structural constraints in several places, but these generate unrealistic stresses in the areas I define them.

In the results below I attempted to fix the top of the pot in the UY direction only. This led to the concentration of stress at the top of the pot rather than the bottom where I would expect it due to the constraint fighting thermal expansion.

What other structural constraints should I add and where should they be added?

Thanks for any help you can offer.  I've attached my file.

Try the Attached file. (I don't have the cloud credits to try it myself.)

In addition to the quarter section simplification and Frictionless Constraints - I think you will need a pretty dense mesh due to the aspect ratio (thin walls).

That worked!  Thanks for your help.

There is one other setting I failed to mention.

Because we are using all Frictionless Constraints I set this...

Read "motion" for modes.
