How to convert mesh body to solid boy

Hello all

I have to convert the mesh body of f1 car to solid for converting it into step file for conducting analysis for college project, but I am unable to do so. I have attached the models here. Please someone help me out

And when you have done that, you have just only surfaces. You can then clean all the surfaces that are inside and stitch to get solids..
