how to constrict and set dimensions on a sketch similar to an "S" shape

Good evening, I am attempting to build a piece of furniture that is similar in the shape of an "S". Attaching a canvas then tracing it as close as possible with 3-point arc.

I sketched it out but its not completely straight to my specifications. Therefor it doesn't allow me to constrain the lines. My specifications calls for it to be a length of 8 feet, 5" in width equally all the way across, and when extruded a thickness of 3/4". How can this be accomplished?

it looks like you made this all out of arcs.  Several ways to approach this.  One is to just dimension all the arcs, and keep each dimension .75 inches less or greater than the corresponding one.  Another is to just sketch one side, and use Offset to create the other side, and put the end arcs in afterwards.  You should also be sure to put tangent constraints in between curves for a better, smoother result
