How to check if metal part will deform due to heat?

Hi guys,

I have a sheet metal square with 4 flanges on the sides pointing up at 90 degree angles. I want to check if heating this component will cause the metal to warp and unalign the 4 flanges (make them not stay at exactly 90 degrees).

How would I do this in the fusion 360 simulation workspace?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Fusion version: 2.0.8 student version.

There is a simulation mode in Fusion where you can test an object for different types of things such as thermal and thermal stress. I would recommend these tutorials if you never did thermal simulations before.

Here is a screenshot of how the simulation mode should appear.

Hope this helps.
