How to change the diameter of a hole using 2D sketch on a body.

Hello,

Can you tell me how can I change the diameter of the hole and the deepening using just 2D sketch, not direct modeling in the model that I attached in this post?

Thank you !

Why?  Why would you want to limit yourself to using a sketch (plus, I assume, Extrude?).  Looking at the design, it would be difficult, I think.  You might be able to enlarge these cylinders:

with a sketch + Extrude Cut.  But, you could not make them smaller.  Offset Faces works fine.  Why not use that?  Why make it harder for yourself?

Thank you for your reply, I will use Offset Faces, I just thought it would be better to use 2D sketch and then use Extrude Cut,I am mostly working on 2D skechtes, that's why I asked my question.
