How to change language in Fusion BACK to English?

Somehow, the language setting in Fusion 360 changed from English to Japanese or something similar. I can't change it back. I tried closing and reopening Fusion. That didn't work so I tried signing out and back in. That didn't work either. I don't know what to do. The language in my profile is English.

Thank you. Unfortunately, when I posted this, I couldn't read any of what it said so I had no idea it was there. I think there might be a good idea for a suggestion here. I think I must've changed the language back unknowingly, before anyone answered, because now it's back to English and I hadn't changed anything else since last night.

Very helpful, thanks. My software randomly started up in Japanese this morning.

The instructions work ( I can sort of figure out which dropdowns are Preferences, General, Language and English). People need to know that at the bottom, it's the Middle button that says OK. Also, you have to shut down/restart Fusion for the language change to take effect. Thanks for the guidance though, this really had me stumped.
