how to assemble parts made from FORM

I have a doubt in assembly two parts

where one part is made by form and other by model 

here i have made a cylinder by form and other parts by model 

having problem with assemling them or giving contsraints

Your screenshot is not very helpful. It only shows what you've already explained but does not provide any further info. You could make a screenshot at least including the browser tree so we can see the structure of your assembly, or you can make a screencast, or you can simply export your project as a .f3d archive and attach it to your post or you could share your project.
