constraints is missing from my sketch drop down menu after updating

Hi need help after updating fusion the constraints tab doesn't show up anymore under my sketch toolbar

These constraints are now shown on the "sketch palette" that comes up when you are editing a sketch:

The dialog is longer than the usual area, so you can scroll down to see the rest.
