How to add info to design file?

As I make parts in my library like power supplies, etc, I want to be able to add the URL from where I purchased it from for easy access.

I do not see any fields to enter this information other than the name of the design.

Is there a place I can add extra info to keep it handy?

After you save a file you can add comments.  These comments are by version also.  Take a look at the Screencast.
