How you add clearance in your model for manyfacturing.

The best way is to do it in the Manufacture workspace.  On the Passes tab set Stock to Leave either positive or negative.

Otherwise, you can set dimensions in sketches, use Press/Pull, use Extrude, etc..

Can u brief the passes tab?now i use extrude cut to make clearance

That question cannot be answered generally as that very much depends on the method of manufacturing.

For 3D printing, for example one has to modify the geometry of the model, either by changing dimensions or offsetting faces or other modeling methods.

 

If parts are sent out to supplier for machining, even if a 3D model is sent, it is usually accompanied with a manufacturing drawing specifying manufacturing tolerances. The 3D model would remain unchanged and is usually modeled to nominal dimensions.
