How should the depression in the picture be designed?

I've already finished the main part of my design, but I'm not sure how to create these recessed edges. Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi,

One way to do this is to create a Pipe along the edge and then make it big enough to Cut the edge and leave the

reverse curve you want.
