Add a block of solid oversized material, into the beginning of the timeline,

Use your planes to trim the shape with Split body command, I am presuming its tapered,

remove the outside sections,

then hide your planes,

and add fillets.

I don't think Fusion has any way to automatically produce the full spherical setback fillets on those keys. Fusion can do setback fillets but they're fixed to the same size as the fillet, I have a request here on the ideastation for adjustable setback fillets, please vote!

Here's my stab at doing what you're after using sketches, split face, the patch workspace and patch. The file's attached, all sizes should be adjustable.

pretty spot on a directest way to do it with Fusion.

The fillet tool should be able to to it at once but I am not sure if it really could mathematically do it well.

Tried it in ZW3d with it's adjustable setback fillet and it doesn't look too bad if you enable blended corners.

@HughesTooling

Yesh I am not really happy with what fusion fillet with setback corners makes at all in this case.

Yeah the Fusion solid filet with set back is ok but not great.
