How do you make angled offset construction plane?

Hello,

I am still fairly new to this but am finding out ways to slowly chip at the object I want, very tedious I might add.  Just wondering though.  How do you go about making angled construction planes or a construction plane that is in the middle of an object?  I feel like having these types of basic knowledge would allow me to make my cuts better.

Thank-you,

Hello,

How do you go about making angled construction planes. by useing a plane at angle or a tangent plane

the plane at angle is just click on a line and set the angle if you wont it 90 to something you turn the origin on and use one of those planes to set the angle

tangent plane is click on something round and set the angle the same way you do the plane at angle

or a construction plane that is in the middle of an object?  I feel like having these types of basic knowledge would allow me to make my cuts better.

This is midplane what is click on one side of a object then click on the other side of a object and a plane will be in the center between the 2 spots clicked on

If you click on construct then hover the cursor on a plane, what it's purpose is will pop up in a pop up.
