How do you edit the structure of a parts list? Intuitively I right clicked on the parts list in the browser but I don't see an option to edit. See screenshot.

I want to change the structure from first level to all levels. I found out how by doing this. Single click parts list table so that is highlighted in blue then double click. See GIF
I still think right click over parts list in browser is more intuitive coming from the design space but I am also new to the drawing space.
