How do i turn off all keyboard shortcuts? TIA.

as far as I know there is no easy way to do this.  There is probably an XML file somewhere that you can edit, but I'd have to look that up.  The only way through the UI is to manually find each shortcut and edit it, leaving it blank to disable the shortcut for that command:

I don't think there is a way to do that currently... But maybe in near future there will be one...
