How do I turn my design with many bodies and components into two bigger things?

I have created a design in Fusion, basically nested cylinders with braces connecting them and attachments sticking up. I know that it is too big for my 3D printer, so I split the cylinders and put a snap fit so the printer can make it in two pieces and I can fit them together. Here is an image. There are 3 components and many bodies. Each component has bodies in each of the two halves.

I would like to gather all the bodies into one of two groups, left half and right half, that I can send to the printer as an individual thing to print. The only way I can think to do that is to change the visibilities of bodies that belong to the left half, export, then change them all again for the right half, then export. Is there a way that I can do the grouping within fusion so that I can then separate the two halves in the design space and maybe make additional changes?

You forgot to include your model.  Much easier to see what we are dealing with with a model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
