How do I restore a deleted recovery file? MacOS Catalina

I was running a few programs overnight and forgot to save my designs in Fusion 360. When I sat down to my computer Fusion 360 notified me of the crash and gave me the usual option of recovering the file. When I hovered over the file and went to press 'Open' I accidentally hit 'Delete'. Is it possible to restore a deleted recovery file?

Happend to me too. IMO it's not possible to recover this type of files.

Doesn't the mac have a garbage bin where deleted files go?
