I'm a student and I like to practice robotics at home, I'm trying to create holes for threaded screws (or just simple holes, either one works really because I can't figure out the format for the screws I have) and I want to ensure that each of these holes are the same for each motor housing. I'll give some screenshots below and a small description below.
Where I have circled in red, there should be holes to mount the four motor housings to the main body using threaded screws, which will hold all of the electronics. I have four OSEPP hobbyist 6v motors that will go in each of the smaller boxes and extend out to the right or left to fit wheels (also using holes that I have not put in yet).
I know one solution would be to use the hole tool and use the ruler to measure from one side to the side of the hole and figure out the approximate distance but if there is any way to do this using the mirror tool, please let me know.
Thanks.
(Here is the file as well)

Your attached STL file does not look like the picture you posted. Maybe you attached the wrong file. I converted your STL file into a prismatic solid for you and it is attached. Where you want to go from here, please explain.

Be careful of mirrors for threads, Mirror will convert right to left handed threads.
Use circlular or Rectangular patterns, to avoid that problem.
Might help....

That should be the right file, it matches the one that I was using previously.
Really all I want is to create a threaded or a non-threaded hole, but I want them all to be symmetrical. I have looked all around google and I cannot find an answer, maybe I am googling the wrong question.
In the file, there are 4 smaller rectangle-shaped objects and one large cube that have all been shelled out. I need 2 screw holes in each of the motor housings (the 4 smaller ones) and I need these holes to go through the motor housing and into the main body so that the motor housings can be detached and re-attached to the main body. I want these holes to be symmetrical on all 4 motor housings and I want to ensure that they are properly aligned with eachother. If you still don't understand, please let me know how I can elaborate. Thanks for the reply.

You can make the hole layout in a single sketch (use mirror/symmetry there) and select those points in the hole tool.

dozens of ways you can set up. in the attached the holes are spread evenly across the outside face of the larger box. maybe this will give you some ideas.
(I rebuilt the box from scratch. the converted model @jhackney1972 provided has an error created during the conversion from a mesh. there's an extra face buried in it that is preventing further modeling. )
