How do I make a t-spline form body follow a curved path

I'm trying to make a leaf. I've made a form and sketched out the shape of half the leaf using a T-spline plane. Then I've created the curvature of the leaf on a sketch on the Z plane using a curved line. I now want the leaf shape to match the line on sketch. I tried using the Match command but this only allows selection of the T-Spline edges, but I want the entire plane to be bent to shape of the line. Any ideas?

I think I've resolved this issue by not using a Form. I created 2 sketches for the shape and the curve. Then used the Surface command to change the curve to a surface, then extruded the leaf shape through the surface with intersection. This has made a dynamic leaf model!
