Convert a body from Form workspace with straight lines

Hi everyone, I wondering how to convert a body from Form workspace to model with box display in the best way ? I tried to crease all the edges of the model and then making the convertation but sometime it gets the error like face intersection and others, if you have converted it before ,pls tell me how. Thanks

Export the T-Spline control frame as a .obj.

Import the mesh and directly convert it into a BRep
