How do I Loft a set of 3d splines on xyz planes?

I have a project where I have to make a bullet shape from photos. Using the patch environment and Tsplines has been the best way to achieve the most accurate version of the shape I am looking for with the least amount of effort. Seeing that it is very easy to take a picture of the object from the top bottom side front and back then sketch the outlining edges, it looks like it will be perfect! But I have come to a crossroads as I can not figure out how to loft from a sketch from intersecting planes to wrap the form. Can somebody please screencast a solution? Much appreciated!

There doesn't seem to be anything in your project file.

yes, I see that. Strange the thumbnail from the file shows what I am working on but its not showing anything in the link. Might take a few mins to update, I switched it to public when posted.

Since it seems like my screencast and project files are not going to show up. These are images of the shape concept. How can I pull a skin over this?
