How do I join this surfaces into a big one so i can 3d print it?

Hello, I would like to 3d print this Mercedes W124 front, but those cracks in between the hood, fender and headlight  stop me from doing it. Is there any way to join those surfaces into a big one

What's the scale?  Is it for the actual car or a tiny model?
