How do I join/blend these surfaces so that I can create a nice fillet?

Hello all,
hope your year started well!
I'm still struggling with my project. This time I'm stuck on joining these two surfaces (wing and fuselage) AND creating a good fillet. Also I'm not sure on what's the best way to go about this in general. That's probably part of the reason why I'm struggling.
First of all, I know how to join the surfaces. That's not really the problem. The problem arises because I want to blend the wing with the fuselage using something like a fillet.
The fuselage must be able to be shelled afterwards. Which is where solid bodies and surfaces are going to be mixed and I feel like I have too little experience to deal with the consequences and the approach that's needed for that. Bonus points if the whole thing can simply be mirrored afterwards.
In a previous post @TrippyLighting also mentioned that I am going to get into problems because the crease of the fuselage and the trailing edge of the wing don't line up (perfectly). Well, he was right 😄 Since I did not really get further with the project since then, maybe someone can also help me with this issue.
Many thanks for taking your time to read this and to help me!
