How do I finalize a body

I have a guitar body model. It is at a point where I would like to freeze it (kill all history up to this point and somehow optimize it...then I have a few mods to do before cncing it.

What? Why would you kill the history time line? There are certain functions in F360 that only work with it off, but if you aren't going to be using those. why would you want to get rid of it?

And what do you mean by, "optimize it?"

I agree with @chrisplyler here - I would not kill the history unless you really never want to edit it again.  But, if you want to make this change, I would recommend first doing a Save As to create a new design (just in case you change your mind later.  You are not charged for file storage, so why not keep a backup copy...), then you can just click on the gear tool in the bottom right, at the end of the timeline and choose "do not capture Design History".  That will do it.  You'll be left with a Direct Modeling design.

Is there any videos that I can watch to quickly understand the workflow concept in F360?

I have learned that constraints are everything, and keeping all sketches is mandatory.

I also learned to create components and create your parts in there.
