how do i do dxf splines to polylines?

Hey guys, My laser cutter is asking if i can change splines to polylines? Ive been looking and trying but can't figure it out. I tried to post the dxf but i keep getting a error that the attachment doesn't match the file extention.

Tried a couple things over the weekend with no luck. Suprised the dxf to polylines app doesn't work.

The dxf to polyline add-in worked fine.  It broke the splines up into short line segments.  The problem appears to be on the laser man's machine.  It should be able to look ahead instead of stopping at the end of each line segment.   He also should have been able to import the dwg format file into solidworks then export that to his laser.

I think he wants me to me to trace  it because that would create smooth arcs which would result in  a lower node count. Would this p line convert mode work? This might be what he's looking for.  https://youtu.be/KN2yB-lM1nk?t=60

If i where to trace it, how could i do it to where my trace would snap to the lines and at the end i could turn off the projection or dxf? Just trying to figure things out.

1. I just deleted double lines (left, all!) and controlpoints.

2.  and converted to Bezier

ok, i contacted the person on etsy that made the dxf. She sent me a new one and the laser guy said he can cut it now and that it has all smooth curves. New problem is i can't scale this thing to fit my gate.  the error says cannot create surface from selected geometry. adjust the selection set.

Just to wrap this thread up.  I had to have the etsy person scale it for me. After hrs of messing around i cold not find a way in fusion. Thanks everyone for your help.
