I need to create a "bullet" shape - a cylinder with one end a larger diameter. I need the "wall" to have a curved shape to it. how do I do this?!

I get the bullet shape, but you said the wall has to have a curve to it. Do you have any sketches or pics you could show us?

Probably revolve the shape. Create a sketch of the wall thickness and profile, then revolve. There shouldbe a few video's out there with examples on Youtube. Post an image so we can see what you are trying to do.
