How can I merge two bodies (built in the sculpt mode) smoothly?

I'm modelling a forearm and a socket for a prosthetic project. How can I merge these two bodies with a more regular edge? The green dashed line is the desired edge.

I see what you try to do

 

buil the t spline model as needed

 

but then trim the two parts with a gab you can fill via a loft blend surface

right mouse button click on the the component with the chain icon on the browser and select break link 

then you shoujld be able to export
