How can I join bodies together?

Im trying to join the bodies so that there is no lines in between them. (I'm new to any CAD software so bear with me.)

You can use the combine workflow, but if you're new it may be as simple as you using "new body" instead of the "join" operation when extruding.

How can I do that? I don't see anywhere to do new body. Also, I tried to just bridge them but that didn't work either.

The clue is in the fact that he said "when extruding." Check the indicated setting to perform the desired operation before clicking on the 'Okay' button.
